The report titled 'Beyond the Field: India’s Sports Tech Revolution’ said the Indian fantasy sports industry, which is a part of the fan engagement sub-sector, is the biggest contributor to the sports tech industry in the country with revenue touching Rs 9,100 crore in FY24.
However, the changes in the goods and services tax laws have complicated the situation for the fantasy sports industry.
